Aeroporto di Roma Fiumicino (FCO) — 360 km (3h 45min). Da lì, noleggia un'auto o prendi il treno per Foggia e poi bus per Lesina.
Treno
Stazione ferroviaria di Lesina sulla linea Adriatica (Roma–Bari–Lecce). Treni Intercity e regionali fermano a Foggia; da lì, treno locale o bus per Lesina (20 min). In estate sono spesso attivi collegamenti aggiuntivi.
Auto
Autostrada A14 (Bologna–Bari–Taranto), uscita Poggio Imperiale–Lesina o Termoli. Da Termoli, SS16 verso sud in direzione Foggia. Segnaletica per Marina di Lesina ben visibile. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile.
Autobus
Autolinee regionali collegano Foggia a Lesina e Marina di Lesina. In estate, corse aggiuntive per i centri balneari. Verifica orari aggiornati presso le biglietterie o sul sito ufficiale della regione Puglia.
